I have rarely come across anyone with JP’s breadth of maturity… He possesses a first-class mind. He reads avidly and widely. He is open to a broad range of musical and cultural experiences. His research and writing skills are superior. His manner is quite and pleasant. His intellectual sophistication is matched by an unaffected sincerity. The world of ideas means much to him, yet he wears his learning lightly.
JP was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facility (including the video production staff and the B2B and B2C customer service/technical support team). JP’s personality and management style lent itself to a very open and mutually respectful relationship with his peers, senior management, and our clients. As a ‘point’ man for Production/Daily Operations he took the initiative to look outside of the box, bringing to our attention his thoughts on streamlining our systems, thereby reducing costs and adding to the bottom-line.
